The Records and Data Management Division ensures that there is a reliable and efficient records and data management system for both students and staff.

Our Services
Creating a Student focused and Student Friendly environment in the Registry.
Managing Records
Create and update students and staff records.
Storage
The receipt and storage of official documents making up students and staff records of the University.
Retrieval
To retrieve students and staff records upon request (both manually and electronically as required)
Reporting
Production of various reports as requested by the various offices on Campus
Data Generation
Preparation of electronic academic data for each student for use by Faculties
Maintenance
Opening and maintaining students and staff file folders
