Department Regulations

The Regulations of the Department are supplementary to the General University Regulations set out in the University Bulletin.

The Department offers a Bachelor's Degree in Economics Students must complete a minimum 122 credit hours if registered before 2004/2005 to earn a B. Soc. Sc in Economics. If registered in 2004/2005 and onwards, students must complete a minimum of 124 credits hours. (NB: as of 2004/2005 ECN 110 and ECN 120 are 4 credit courses)

Grading Scheme

The Grading Scheme for all course is as follows:

• A - 75 and above
• B - 65 to less than 75
• C - 55 to less than 65
• D - 45 to less than 55
• F - under 45
